Is Nigeria’s main insurgent group losing information dominance, C2, and cohesion? And is this enough to give the Nigerian Government the impetus in needs to embark on a stable election season building to the February 2015 polls?
The jury remains out as to whether Beijing has a clearly thought-through agenda with the Pacific Islands Forum, meeting this week, or even in Africa, or whether it is just lashing out to show that it still matters. But, rest assured, it is lashing out.
